Please:
-- place your Von's order with a pickup time at least one hour prior to your selected delivery window
-- forward a copy of your grocery order to us at [email protected]
-- make sure to send us the grocery order pick up code once Von's texts it to you
-- provide rental access info (door code, key location, etc) in advance
